1. Identifying details of the operator
In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, the “LSSI-CE”), the identifying details of the operator of the website angelsdeluxe.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) are made available to users:

Hereinafter, “AngelsDeluxe” or “the Operator”.
2. Purpose and nature of the service
AngelsDeluxe is a directory of contact and companionship advertisements for adults. The Website provides advertisers with advertising space in which to publish a profile containing their contact details, and allows visitors to find those profiles and contact the people who publish them directly.
AngelsDeluxe acts exclusively as a provider of data hosting and technical intermediation services, within the meaning of article 16 of the LSSI-CE. The Operator is not a party to any relationship that may be established between an advertiser and a third party, does not take part in the communications between them, neither provides nor intermediates in any services that advertisers may offer on their own account, and receives no sum whatsoever arising from those relationships. The only amounts charged by AngelsDeluxe are those corresponding to the advertising visibility services described in the Terms of Use.
2.1. Interpretation of the terms used on the Website
This clause is essential and prevails over any other interpretation.
Where the Website uses terms such as “companionship”, “companion”, “contact”, “date”, “massage” or any other analogous term, they shall be understood solely and exclusively to refer to companionship services of a social, non-sexual nature: accompaniment to social or professional events, conversation, presence, leisure and equivalent activities.
Under no circumstances may those terms be interpreted as referring to the provision of sexual services, or to the offering, solicitation, promotion or intermediation thereof.
Any content that offers, solicits, promotes, insinuates or facilitates services of a sexual nature in exchange for financial consideration or any other benefit is expressly prohibited on the Website, as is any content related to prostitution or its intermediation. This prohibition is set out in detail in the Terms of Use, and breach of it results in the immediate removal of the content and, where appropriate, the blocking of the account.
3. Acceptance
Accessing and browsing the Website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, of the Terms of Use and of the Privacy Policy, in the version published at any given time.
Users who do not agree with any of them must refrain from accessing the Website and from using its services.
4. Access restricted to adults
The Website contains content intended for adults and access to it is strictly restricted to persons over the age of 18.
Before accessing the content, every visitor must expressly confirm that they are of legal age by means of the notice displayed on entering the Website. Anyone who is not of legal age must leave the Website.
The Operator reminds parents, guardians and legal representatives that parental control tools exist (at operating system, browser, internet access provider or dedicated software level) which allow access by minors to adult content to be restricted, and recommends installing and configuring them on any device used by a minor.
5. Conditions of use of the Website
Users undertake to use the Website and its content diligently, lawfully and in good faith, complying at all times with applicable law, this Legal Notice and the Terms of Use.
The following is prohibited, by way of example and without limitation:
- Using the Website for unlawful purposes, for purposes harmful to the rights or interests of third parties, or in a manner that may damage, overload, impair or prevent its normal operation.
- Introducing or disseminating viruses, malicious code or any system liable to cause damage to the systems of the Operator, its suppliers or third parties.
- Accessing or attempting to access restricted areas of the Website, or circumventing technical security, authentication or usage-limitation measures.
- Using robots, spiders, scrapers or any automated means to access the Website or to extract or collect content or data, without the prior written authorisation of the Operator. In particular, the mass or systematic collection of the contact details published by advertisers is prohibited.
- Collecting, storing or processing the personal data of other users without their consent.
- Impersonating another person or using another person’s identifying details.
- Deleting, concealing or manipulating intellectual or industrial property notices and other details identifying the rights of the Operator or of third parties.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The Website, its design, structure, source code, databases, trade marks, logos, trade names, texts, graphic elements and any other distinctive signs belong to the Operator or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Access to the Website does not grant users any right or title over those elements. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the express written authorisation of the Operator is prohibited.
The texts, photographs and videos published by advertisers belong to those advertisers, who retain their rights over them and grant the Operator a limited licence for the operation of the service, on the terms set out in the Terms of Use.
7. User-published content and limitation of liability
The advertisements published on the Website are created and published by the advertisers themselves, under their sole responsibility. The Operator does not claim authorship of that content and does not warrant its truthfulness, accuracy, lawfulness or currency.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and on a voluntary basis, all advertisements, photographs and videos are reviewed manually by the moderation team before publication. This prior review does not constitute a general monitoring obligation — which the applicable legislation expressly excludes — nor does it make the Operator the author of, or responsible for, third-party content.
In accordance with article 16 of the LSSI-CE and with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services, the Operator will remove or block access to any content as soon as it obtains actual knowledge that it is unlawful or that it infringes the rights of third parties. The procedure for notifying unlawful content, together with the right to appeal against the decisions taken, is described in the Terms of Use.
The Operator shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for:
- The relationships, agreements, communications or transactions of any nature that users establish between themselves on the basis of the contact details published.
- Damage arising from interruptions, failures, delays or disconnections in the operation of the Website due to causes beyond its control, including incidents on telecommunications networks.
- Damage caused by unauthorised access, viruses or malicious code introduced by third parties, despite the security measures adopted.
- The lack of truthfulness or accuracy of the data provided by users.
- The content, services or privacy policies of third-party websites that may be accessed via links.
8. Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Operator does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies. The existence of a link does not imply any relationship, approval or recommendation. Users are advised to read the legal texts of any third-party site they visit.
Links to the home page of the Website are permitted provided that they do not suggest a relationship with the Operator that does not exist, that the Operator’s trade marks or distinctive signs are not used without authorisation, and that the linking site does not contain unlawful or offensive content or content contrary to public policy. The Operator may at any time request that a link be removed.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice.

10. Reporting unlawful content
Any person who considers that content hosted on the Website is unlawful or infringes their rights — including any person who appears in an image or video without having consented to it — may report this to info@angelsdeluxe.com or by means of the report button available on every profile.
The Operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material and towards human trafficking and any form of exploitation. Where there is any indication of such material or conduct, it will immediately remove the content, preserve any information that may be necessary, and report the matter to the competent authorities.
The detailed procedure, response times and right of appeal are set out in the Terms of Use.
11. Provisions applicable to users located outside Spain
The Website is directed principally at the public resident in Spain and is governed by Spanish law. Nevertheless, and on a voluntary basis, the Operator adopts the following provisions in respect of users accessing it from other jurisdictions, in particular from the United States of America.
11.1. Notification of copyright infringement (DMCA)
The Operator responds to notifications of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), without prejudice to the general procedure for reporting unlawful content described in clause 10.
A rights holder who considers that content hosted on the Website infringes their work may send a notification to info@angelsdeluxe.com, which must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or of their authorised representative.
- Identification of the protected work said to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its exact location on the Website (URL or public profile code).
- The complainant’s contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complainant is the rights holder or is authorised to act on its behalf.
On receipt of a valid notification, the Operator will expeditiously remove or block the content and will inform the person who published it, who may submit a counter-notification on the same terms.
11.2. Statement regarding 18 U.S.C. § 2257
The Website does not permit or host sexually explicit content, in accordance with the content policy described in clause 2.1 of this Legal Notice and developed in the Terms of Use. All content of that nature is rejected during prior moderation and, where applicable, removed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and solely for the sake of clarity for users located in the United States, it is stated that the Website constitutes an interactive computer service within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230(f) and an Internet access service within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 231(e). The Operator is not a producer of the content published by users and is exempt from the record-keeping obligations laid down in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, pursuant to the exemption in § 2257(h)(2)(B).
Each user who publishes content is responsible, in respect of that content, for evidencing their own age of majority and that of any person appearing in it, and for retaining any documentation that may be required. The Operator verifies that advertisers are of legal age and may at any time require documentary evidence, refusing or withdrawing publication if it is not provided.
11.3. Protection of minors and parental control
The Operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any content involving minors. Adults responsible for minors are advised to use parental control tools and the safe search options offered by the main browsers and search engines.
12. Amendment
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time, as well as the presentation, configuration and content of the Website. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published. Users are advised to consult this page periodically.
13. Partial invalidity
If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared void or unenforceable, that declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder, which shall continue in full force and effect. The affected clause shall be replaced by a valid one that preserves, so far as possible, the purpose pursued.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals having jurisdiction under the legislation in force.
In the relationship between AngelsDeluxe and Advertisers, which is contracted between professionals, the forum expressly agreed in the Terms of Use applies. Where a user has the status of consumer under applicable law, the court determined by consumer protection legislation shall have jurisdiction.
Before taking legal action, AngelsDeluxe makes the address info@angelsdeluxe.com available to any user with a view to resolving any complaint amicably.
15. Language and authentic version
This Legal Notice has been drawn up in Spanish. The English version is a courtesy translation, provided solely to make the content accessible to English-speaking users.
In the event of any discrepancy, contradiction or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, and it alone shall be regarded as the authentic text for all legal purposes. The same rule applies to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
