At AngelsDeluxe we treat your personal data with the greatest care. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, on what legal basis, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

2. What data we process
2.1. Data you give us
- Registration: email address and password (always stored encrypted, never in readable text).
- Advertisement: name or alias, age, telephone number, province, city and area, category, description, and the languages and other profile attributes you choose to fill in.
- Images and videos that you upload to your advertisement.
- Verification photograph for the “Verified” badge, if you choose to request it (see section 4).
- Communications: the content of the messages you send us through the contact form, the report button or by email.
Please note: the data you publish in your advertisement is public by definition — that is the purpose of the service. Publish only the information you want to be visible. Do not include data that is not necessary, or data belonging to other people.
2.2. Data generated through use
- IP address and technical data of the request (browser, language, date and time), recorded for security reasons.
- Contact reveal log: when a visitor taps to see a telephone number, that fact is recorded together with an identifier of the requester, for the sole purpose of detecting and stopping the mass extraction of data.
- Billing data when you purchase a paid service: the amount, the date, the advertisement code and the transaction reference.
- Aggregated usage statistics obtained with our in-house analytics tool (see section 8).
3. What we use your data for, and on what legal basis

We do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you, and we do not carry out profiling for advertising purposes.
We do not send commercial communications unrelated to the service. If we were to do so in future, it would be with your prior consent and you would be able to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Special processing: the verification photograph for the “Verified” badge
This section deserves a separate explanation because of the sensitivity of the data.
The “Verified” badge is entirely voluntary. It does not condition the publication of your advertisement or its visibility, and you can use AngelsDeluxe without ever requesting it.
If you decide to request it, you send us a verification photograph which a moderator compares with the images in your advertisement. The following safeguards apply to that file:
- It is never published and is not accessible from any public page of the site.
- It is stored in a directory with access denied by default, out of reach of any direct web request.
- The file’s metadata is stripped (including any geolocation information) at the moment of upload.
- It is accessible only to authorised moderation staff, through a controlled access route.
- It is deleted as soon as the check is resolved, whether the outcome is positive or negative. We retain only the result and its date.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@angelsdeluxe.com, which will mean the badge is removed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
In order to provide the service we use the following suppliers, which act as processors and are bound by contract to process the data solely in accordance with our instructions:

In addition, we may disclose data to:
- Legal, tax and accounting advisers, where necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations.
- Financial institutions, for the management of payments.
- Courts, Tribunals, Law Enforcement Agencies and Public Administrations, where there is a legal obligation or a valid request, or where we become aware of facts that may constitute a criminal offence.
5.1. International transfers
We aim to ensure that data is processed within the European Economic Area. Where a supplier operates outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the standard contractual clauses approved by it, together with any supplementary measures that may be appropriate. You can request a copy of those safeguards by writing to info@angelsdeluxe.com.
6. How long we keep your data

Once the applicable periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised. During statutory limitation periods it may be kept blocked, available exclusively to the Courts, Tribunals, Public Prosecutor’s Office and competent Administrations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process and to obtain a copy of it.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate data or complete it.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Restriction: to ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, where the processing is based on it, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, write to info@angelsdeluxe.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for additional information in order to verify it.
We will respond within a maximum of one month, extendable by a further two months for particularly complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month.
Many of these actions you can carry out directly from your account: editing your advertisement, hiding it, deleting it, or deleting the account entirely.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We would be grateful if, before doing so, you gave us the opportunity to resolve the matter.
8. Cookies and analytics
8.1. Cookies we use
AngelsDeluxe uses only technical and preference cookies, which are necessary for the site to work and to remember your choices:

All of them are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent under article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested.
We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party cookies for commercial purposes. We do not share browsing data with advertising networks or social networks.
8.2. Why you will not see a cookie banner
Because we do not need one. As we do not install cookies that require consent, there is no consent to ask for. We prefer not to show you an unnecessary notice.
8.3. Analytics
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use an analytics tool hosted on our own servers. Unlike the usual analytics services:
- It does not install cookies on your device.
- It anonymises your IP address before storing it, so that it cannot be used to identify you.
- It does not share data with third parties: the information never leaves our infrastructure.
- The data is kept for 180 days.
It is this configuration that allows the analytics to operate without collecting your consent, in line with the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s criteria on audience measurement using first-party tools.
8.4. Managing cookies from your browser
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Please bear in mind that if you block technical cookies, some features of the site — such as logging in or the age confirmation notice — may stop working correctly.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of communications by means of HTTPS across the whole site.
- Storage of passwords using irreversible hashing functions.
- Access control: staff access only the data strictly necessary for their role.
- Storage of verification photographs in a directory with access denied by default, and stripping of their metadata.
- Protection against attacks and rate limiting on sensitive functions.
- Regular backups.
No system is completely invulnerable. If we were to detect a security breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we would inform you and would notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency within the periods laid down by law.
If you suspect that your account may have been compromised, write to us immediately at info@angelsdeluxe.com.
10. Minors
AngelsDeluxe is intended exclusively for persons over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we became aware that a minor had created an account or appeared in an advertisement, we would delete it immediately and, where appropriate, report the matter to the competent authorities.
If you become aware of a situation of this kind, report it to info@angelsdeluxe.com or by means of the report button on the advertisement. Such reports are treated as a priority.
11. Third-party data
If you publish images, videos or data featuring another person, you are responsible for having their express consent and for having informed them of the processing described in this policy.
Any person appearing in content published on the site may request its removal by writing to info@angelsdeluxe.com, irrespective of who published it.
12. Amendment of this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its update date. If the change were substantial, we would inform you by email or by means of a prominent notice on the site.
13. Language and authentic version
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in Spanish. The English version is a courtesy translation, provided solely to make the content accessible to English-speaking users.
In the event of any discrepancy, contradiction or difference of interpretation between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, and it alone shall be regarded as the authentic text for all legal purposes.
